Dr. Philip Kim earned his M.D. from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. He completed a residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in pain management at the University of Pennsylvania. He remains board certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology and has been practicing in the Main Line and Delaware Valley for over 20 years.
Dr. Kim embraces a metabolic and functional approach to pain management. Through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. Kim has completed an advanced fellowship and received board certification in Anti-Aging and metabolic medicine. Currently, Dr. Kim is completing a masters in functional medicine at University of South Florida. His goal is to prevent pain and dysfunction by utilizing his training in preventative and anti-aging care along with his expertise in pain management.
A father of three, Dr. Kim lives in Newtown Square with his family. In his free time, he is an avid sports enthusiast and competes in triathlons and other endurance events, as often as his wife allows.
